Jenae Allert, JD

Now, her practice mainly focuses on advising clients through the regulatory process in Ohio, as well as supporting solar operators in negotiating land acquisitions in various operating areas. Michelle Bradshaw, CPLTA, serves as a Land Advisor at Maverick Natural Resources, combining her expertise in lease management and Enertia software. In this role, she supports the Land Department by optimizing system functionality through data cleanup, enhancements, issue resolution, report creation, and training, while also ensuring accurate lease analysis and payment processing to protect company assets. With over 15 years of oil and gas industry experience, Michelle is passionate about process improvement and developing efficient data integration strategies to enhance system functionality.
Michelle began her career at Tanos Exploration, LLC in Tyler, Texas, where she progressed from Accounts Payable and Production to become a Lease Analyst. She later held positions at Vernon E. Faulconer and Eland Energy before joining Maverick. A Certified Professional Lease and Title Analyst (CPLTA) since 2018, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a Master of Business Administration from LeTourneau University.
Michelle has actively served on various boards for the Association of Desk and Derrick Clubs (ADDC), the East Texas Association of Lease and Title Analysts (ETX-ALTA), and DFW-ALTA, where she has held leadership roles such as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice-President, Region IV General Arrangements Chairman, and currently, President of DFW-ALTA. She was honored with the DFW-ALTA Volunteer of the Year Award in 2019 and DFW-ALTA Member of the Year Award in 2024.
Residing in Forney, Texas, Michelle enjoys life with her husband and their four dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, crafting, and watching more true crime documentaries than she probably should.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Kimberly brings a vast amount of experience to TALTA. Kimberly has worked in various roles including Division Orders, Lease Records, Acquisition & Divestitures, Operational Landman, and Land Administration Manager.
She received her Master of Energy Business Degree from the University of Tulsa in May 2015. She utilized her knowledge and experience to help manage and grow a consulting firm’s land team from 5 people to over 20 people. She now works as independent contractor consulting on streamlining lease records management.
Kimberly enjoys learning and mentoring/teaching people within and outside the oil and gas industry. Kimberly currently resides in Tulsa, OK.

Scott Davis, MBL, CPLTA, RPL, currently serves as Land Administration Advisor at Diamondback Energy, bringing 18 years of expertise in the oil and gas industry. Scott began his career as a broker, supporting seismic, lease acquisition, and title research projects. He then advanced as a Land Coordinator, where he led critical data conversion projects before joining Devon Energy as a Senior Staff Land Analyst. His experience spans multiple major basins—from Monterey Shale to Marcellus, Bakken to Eagle Ford, with a primary focus on Mid-Continent and Permian plays. At Diamondback, Scott leverages his extensive industry knowledge to mentor analysts, collaborate across departments, and develop solutions to complex challenges.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from the University of Central Oklahoma and an MBA from Oklahoma Christian University. An active member of the oil and gas professional community, he is involved in organizations such as OCAPL, AAPL, NALTA, and OCAPLTA. Scott has served in various leadership roles, including as OCAPLTA Treasurer and Chapter Liaison to NALTA, and is currently NALTA’s Recording Secretary, a role he also held from 2020 to 2023. In addition, he co-chaired the Education Committee for the 2022 NALTA Conference, teaches the CPLTA Review course, and serves on NALTA’s site selection committee. Scott also holds the RPL designation from AAPL, reflecting his dedication to industry standards and ongoing professional development.
Outside of oil and gas, Scott enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and flying.

Lori Fisher is a Managing Director for Percheron LLC with 25 years of energy industry experience. She assists in integrating numerous offices nationwide, created and built Percheron’s Land Administration Department and developed a set of processes to streamline workflows for the department and company.
Lori’s career began as an abstractor, where she spent 14 years building a strong foundation that led to her transition into the upstream oil and gas sector in 2000. Since then, she has had the privilege of supporting companies in the energy industry, including upstream, midstream, renewable energy, electric transmission, and transportation. The ever-evolving nature of the energy industry has kept her engaged and motivated throughout her career.
One of Lori’s greatest passions is leading teams through complex projects. She believes that effective leadership, clear communication, and strong organizational skills are key to driving success. In an industry marked by constant change, Lori is committed to continuous education, both for project success and for long-term career growth. She is dedicated to staying informed and adaptable in the dynamic landscape of energy.
Lori is an active member of NALTA, ALTA, WEN, AAPL, and HAPL. She served for three years on the NALTA Board of Directors as Certification Director and earned her CPLTA certification through NALTA in 2012. Currently, she serves as the chair of the Site Selection Committee for NALTA.

John Foester

John Foester was raised on a ranch near Port Lavaca, Texas. He often wondered why wells were always on the other side of the fence and wanted to learn why. He pursued his education at Texas A&M University, graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Geophysics. After a brief period processing seismic data at Digicon, he returned to Port Lavaca and was employed by Neumin Production Company. He was fortunate to work extensively with 3D seismic data along the Gulf Coast of Texas and Louisiana, which led to the drilling of numerous wells during his time at Neumin. In 2008, he departed from Neumin and co-founded Coastal Plains Exploration with several colleagues. He is currently semi-retired and continues to reside in Port Lavaca.

Melissa’s goal is to serve those around her, be it clients, coworkers, or her community. After graduating from law school in 2013, Phillip began his career in the upstream oil and gas sector as a contractor working on behalf of Antero Resources in southeast Ohio, where he ran title and completed pre-drilling and post-drilling ownership reports on behalf of his client. In 2017, he continued his work as a field landman and contractor working on behalf of Rice Energy, now EQT Corporation.
In early 2019, Phillip transitioned out of oil and gas and into solar and into renewables. He accepted an in-house position at ForeFront Power, where he oversaw land acquisition for community solar on the east coast. After three years at the San Francisco based company, Phillip successfully closed 90 potential solar projects across seven different states, totaling over 479 megawatts of capacity. He joined Lightsource bp in 2022.
As a Certified Professional Landman, Phillip has been a proud member of the American Association of Professional Landmen since 2014. In the past, he served on the AAPL’s Educational Committee and the NAPE Operator’s Committee.
Phillip holds a Juris Doctorate from Florida A&M University’s College of Law. He is also a graduate from The University of Cincinnati, where he studied real estate and marketing. Phillip lives with his wife, Kathleen, and his 2-year-old son, Noah, in Columbus, Ohio.

Priscilla J. Robinson, CPLTA, is an independent Senior Land Analyst. She has worked on the service side of land work since 2022. Prior to service work, Priscilla was Administrative Manager of Coastal Plains Exploration, LLC, for 11 years where she grew her knowledge in exploration and production and was also able to expand her skills outside of the land department, including geology, engineering, accounting, and regulatory. She began her lease and title career in 1997 at Neumin Production Company as a land clerk and immediately involved herself with lease administration duties. In November 2004, Priscilla became a CPLTA and the following year was promoted to Land Assistant at Neumin where she carried out duties of supervising lease records, maintaining land records, drafting various contracts, and hiring/training new land personnel.
Priscilla has a B.S. degree in Business Management. She became a NALTA member in 2001 and has served the members in many capacities from chairperson to President over the years. In recognition of her dedication to NALTA, Priscilla has earned the Special Recognition Award and Member of the Year Award.
As President of NALTA, Priscilla was instrumental in driving growth and expansion for our organization. Recognizing the need for inclusivity and broader industry representation, she proposed a name change that opened our membership to professionals from various backgrounds within the land profession. This strategic decision will not only attract new members but will also foster a diverse exchange of knowledge and expertise within our association. Priscilla's visionary leadership and unwavering dedication to NALTA's mission has propelled us forward, establishing our organization as a dynamic platform for land professionals nationwide.

with Philips Petroleum Company in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. During my almost 40 year career,
besides working in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, I worked in Denver, Colorado; Calgary, Canada and
Houston, Texas.
While in Denver, got the opportunity to work with other local Lease Analysts to start the Denver
local chapter (DALTA), charter member, and served on its' board. Then, with a transfer back to
Oklahoma, helped start the Tulsa local chapter (TALTA), charter member, and served on its'
board. Then, with a transfer to Houston, got to work with the initial local chapter (ALTA) and
served on its' board. With several other NALTA board members, it was great fun being the
"traveling installation group" to attend the new local chapter initial chapter meeting. go to Al
the while during these various moves, I served in numerous positions on the NALTA board and
then in 1990, served as its 5th President.

Scott St. John is both a petroleum engineer as well as an attorney. Scott has been with Regan Smith, Inc. since the company was founded in 2005. Scott is well versed in county, state and Federal regulations. He specializes in highly regulated drilling operations and working as a liaison between government entities and operators. Scott deals directly with the Bureau of Land Management and Bureau of Indian Affairs on a daily basis to ensure operators are compliant with regulations.
Scott is also specialized in federal environmental law and regulations. He leads the environmental, wildlife and permitting departments in providing regulatory permits to a variety of industries.
Scott is V.P. of Engineering and Environmental Compliance with Reagan Smith, Inc. (oil and gas consulting firm), COO of Red Dirt Energy (a well plugging company), a managing partner of Bull Ring Energy (an oil and gas operating company) and also a senior partner at St. John, Griffin & Krieg, P.L.L.C. which focuses on Native American and natural resource law.
