  • Moody Gardens Attraction Pass - $49.00 A discount package for Moody Gardens attractions which include the Aquarium Pyramid, Rainforest Pyramid, Discovery Museum, 3D & 4D Theaters, and Colonel Paddlewheel Boat are available to NALTA guests but must be booked through your conference registration and not through the hotel. Passes are valid from Monday, September 25, 2017 through Saturday, September 30, 2017.

  • 6:30 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. – Thursday Night Event (Additional fees apply)
Friday, September 29th, 2017
  • 8:30 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. – Exhibitor Fair
  • 2:45 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. – Closing Session & Exhibitor Drawing
  • 3:30 p.m. – 4:45 p.m. – Exhibitor Breakdown
  • (Please note that breakdown will NOT be allowed during Exhibitor Fair Hours)
    • Cancellations must be received in writing prior to September 1, 2017 and will be fully refundable, less any credit card/bank fees charged to NALTA, Evening Event Costs, and any optional Add on fees.
    • Refunds will be processed after the first 2018 NALTA Board Meeting. Substitutions are encouraged.
    • It is the attendee’s responsibility for making and cancelling their hotel reservations.
    Moody Gardens coordinates and facilitates all Drayage and Electrical fees.
